Drafting a concise response

I want to ask what the user needs and offer a draft skeleton that’s generic, with placeholders for them to fill in. I realize I shouldn't use heavy formatting, but small bullet points are acceptable.

My plan is to provide two headlines and ask what they want based on the title. Should I write a report, a poster copy, or data commentary? If they need a report, I can offer a quick summary or a detailed version. I'll also suggest alternative titles while keeping the facts the same.
